Cardio Coach
Did anyone read the article in the New Times Style section about the cardio coach, basically a personal trainer on your MP3 player and now iTrainer available on your ipod? Crazy but absolutely compelling. Has anyone tried it out?

I think this works, its strenuous though.
Saw Cardio Coach, but im already using this Aussie site for mp3 workouts called iTrainer.com.au, it has a calender and has SMS reminders and all round is a pretty good
online personal trainer.
Does anyone know which one is better?
